He is also the Senior Consultant in Trauma & Spine surgeries with over 12+ years of professional career.Professionally he graduated from RMMCH Annamalai University, Tamilnadu. He further did his MS in Orthopedics from Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore. He completed M.CH in Orthopedics at Seychelles.

Dr. Prashanth R is the Founder Director of Specialist Health Systems Private Limited. He is the Senior Consultant and Joint Replacement Surgeon at Specialist Hospital. He has over 16+ years of extensive surgical experience. He is a pioneer in Robotic assisted Knee replacement surgeries with over 1000 plus successful Robotic surgeries to his credit.

Professionally he graduated from JSS Medical College, Mysore. He did his DNB in Orthopaedic Surgery from Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore. Further he pursued his Dip.Ortho (Sicot). Later he completed his advanced fellowship in joint replacement surgery from Germany.
